Default Hello from Oklahoma

Just signed up for the forum. I work in the NE Oklahoma oil fields as an engine and compressor mechanic, usually Fairbanks 118-208 and Continental C-46 and C-66.

Glad to be here... jimmymc

Welcome to the group, Jimmy!

There's a forum here specifically for oil field engines that you might enjoy.

Take care - Elden

Thumbs up Re: Hello from Oklahoma

Welcome aboard Jimmy! There is a lot of old engine activity around you. The main shows are Pawnee, OK, Winfield, KS and Republic, MO. My main show is Pawnee, the first Fri, Sat, and Sun in May which is the 7th - 9th this year. We have some oil field size engines and have just built a new building to house the bigger and older stuff. This is an area where we can always use new experts. If you want to get in touch with me, my email is "shamil0725@aol.com" and my cell is 405-747-7407. We will be having work days off and on until the show. The bigger stuff is permanently mounted at the Pawnee grounds. The other shows have similar set-ups. --SAM--

Hi guys, its good to be here

I have been to the show in Pawanee a few years ago and also to the tractor show in Caney KS. Maybe if I can talk my wife into it I might show up at Pawanee this year.

If you refer to me, I've known Doug for years. Maybe Jimmy Mc does too?
