Default Quick Question;

I have a National Cylinder Gas Co. welding generator which is powered by an Onan CCK. There is a crankcase vent on top of the case that has some sort of valve inserted in it. There is a rubber piece that slips over that and goes on top of the carb. That piece is torn. Someone on here told me a part number for this piece that I could order through Cummins. Could I have that part number again, please?
Also, I was told that this valve needs cleaning from time to time. How can I assure myself that it is operating correctly after cleaning?
Thanks!
