Chipper engine id


Bought a wood chipper guessing its 70's era.I cannot id this engine everyone I know is stumped....

Default Chipper engine id

Bought a wood chipper guessing its 70's era.I cannot id this engine everyone I know is stumped.
Four cyl gas ovehead valve engine. Standing at flywheel. Right side is distributor near flywheel fuel pump in center and alt. Left side starter intake and exhaust and gear driven govenor. Found a stamped number near oil pan 4 91 55 86. Delco remey starter #1109091cm22. Any help is appreciated

If it is an air cooled V-4, then it is most likely a Wisconsin. What model is the next question...
The newer OHV models went up to 65hp (I think...)
