Default Info please? Fairbanks 2hp and Fairbanks 3hp

I've got a couple of these engines. I really have no idea how old they are. I've got no idea what they are worth. I can get pics and a lot more info if it would be helpful. Any information as far as... value, rarity, or anything would greatly be appreciated!

Thanks Guys!!

David, they are not particularily rare, but they run as good as any. if you post serial numbers, I or someone else can give you date of manufacture. skip

Hi Dave, Do you know the engine number located on top of the water hopper? If it is an igniter 3 hp engine, and if you want to sell it, I would be interested. Thanks, Chuck, 706-490-5302.

Dave what model engine do you have? A 2 hp T or H is more valuable than a 2hp Z.....by nearly 4 X's.

Photos speak volumes....and the serial number will help!....Fairbanks-Morse made so many different styles of engines over the years, we really need photos to tell you anything!~
