is this Saturday, TOMORROW
, May 22, 2010 from 10:00am-4:00pm at the Ocean County Vo-Tech School on the corner of Old Freehold Road and Bay Avenue. If you're in the area stop by and see some "STUFF". I'll be there with my slow running 10HP Portable MOGUL, a small Iron Man windmill and KK will have his smokey Bridgeport and Mietz & Weiss engines to keep the skeeters away .

Well, it's over and we had a good member turnout. My stuff 1st., then KK's smokeys. The 10HP Mogul ran like a clock all day, well almost except for the fouled igniter that hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years. I took it out, cleaned it up, and away she went
. We had a nice breeze most of the day and the windmill liked it by just spinning in the breeze. I had many a good visit with a lot of visitors and other folks displaying their items. A friend from the southern part of the state showed up because I was coming, didn't tell me, and brought me his scale 4HP IHC model he just got, and nothing else, for me to take home, fix up, and get running for him (not a problem) . The bass string tub in the 1st photo got some attention from inquiring minds, and I showed how it worked , as did my large Dietz lantern. Overall, it was a "GREAT" day, even in NJ, with KK, as I'm just trying to have some fun .
