Hi from the land of OZ

Just joined the intrest group. I have a small 1920's 3hp Massy Harris hit and miss stationary engine, and used to have a 5hp Rollson Tippet stationary engine, but sold that some years ago. I did have a small collection of Vintage Motorcycles, all but one have gone, sold off in order to purchase a 60 year old aircraft which I now have refurbished and fly. I also own a 1929 Dodge 6 sedan. I have an intrest in most pre 1960 machinery, be it cars-boats-planes-motorcycles, in other words any thing mechanical.

HI, and thanks for the greetings Shock and Craig. The Dodge unlike the cartoon is not much of a spinner, but can get a bit grumpy at times. It has not been on the road since 1996, when it under went a refurbishment, due to a registration inspection finding some minor faults,ie worn spring shackle bushes. I decided to do a compleat under chassis refurbishment, diff, gearbox, and engine restoration, along with new spring bushes and shackle bolts. Planing retirement at the end of this year, so I hope to put the Dodge back on the road soon, plenty of vintage 'stuff' to play with.
