Photo Wisconsin V 2

Over the years I have seen many wisconson v-4 and inline 2 cylinder engines, but this is the first v-2 I have seen. This is a W2-1230 model discontinued in 1986 and provides 25 HP. It had some reliablity problems so was not very popular. Go to http://www.wisconsinmotorscanada.ca/index1.html for more information.

I have one also. It's a W2 1235. Does anyone know anything about these? Not finding much info. I got it in a trade. said it ran, but smoked/used oil. Came off a wood chipper at a local plant. Whats something like this worth? I doubt I ever get around to messing with it.
