Default Flywheel Magneto Tester, Perry Davis Equipment

Guys, I just picked up a Flywheel Magneto Tester made by Perry Davis Equipment. How do I use it? Does anybody have a set of instructions they could scan for me? It is model 616A. The picture I've encluded is a picture I found on the internet but it looks just like what I have. Thanks.

Default Magneto Tester with Picture

I posted the "Flywheel Magneto Tester" message several days ago and for some unknown reason, I can't get the picture to upload. I'm posting it again (with the picture) so please if anybody can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

No replys when I posted this in the magneto forum so I will try the small engine forum since I think this is for small engine magnetos. The link below references a newer model.
Wasn't sure if it might be helpful.
