I'm 52 years old and just purchased my first engine. A 6 hp FBM, throttle.

Congrats! That was my first engine as well. Right after I won the bid at the auction I proudly announced I had just bought my first Hit & Miss engine. Within about a second or two a friend standing nearby said "No, you just bought a throttle governed engine". At the time I was to new at this to know the difference. Now, after many years I am only slightly better off.
