Photo Clinton D55 & Power Products AH47 saws

Picked these up at auction this weekend, a Clinton D55 and a Power Products AH47 powered chainsaw. Was the red chainsaw a product put out by P.P.? Or did they provide the engines for a particular chainsaw company?

Can't answer either question, but, I'm glad, I didn't have to run either of those all day. But, think of how advanced that is, compared to push/pulling a cross cut saw, It was miles ahead.

I had bought this Clinton D55 for the roller nose bar on it. Once I found out it was a oem rollernose bar for the clinton I couldnt cut it up to make another racing bar. Next owner will appreciate that I think someday.
Redid the recoil, put a HL carb kit, ran all new lines and filter and found new air intake tube.
