Default Hello from West Texas

Hello from far west Texas. My wife and I ive in Alpine, an hour from anywhere. We've got a '51 Ford 8N, a '46 Farmall H w/bucket (in line for restoration), and a '41 Farmall H for parts. I'm currently working on a Fairbanks-Morse generator I'll ask questions about in the appropriate forum. Thanks for being here and sharing your knowledge and experience.

Scott

Thanks for the welcome. We've finally gotten about 1.5in of rain over the last 2 weeks. Things are starting to green up. We got a brand new John Deere mower at Christmas and haven't gotten to use it yet!

Hello "Alpinists"! Good to hear from someone in Texas for a change. We used to be neighbors----at least west Texas neighbors. In the early 1970's I was running the Longfellow ranches at Sanderson and Van Horn. My wife had a cousin in Alpne for years, but he died acouple of years ago. Now we are back home in George West. Anyway, welcome to the "group"!

Welcome aboard.

My folks are currently in Texas, but now that I mentioned it they'll probably move again, not a very big state to hide out in
