Default pioneer chainsaw

Hi,I'm new to this site and not 100% sure that I'm posting in the right place.I just picked up an old pioneer chainsaw model no.600 serial no.34298.The gentlemen I bought it from said it was made in 1960? I need a sparkplug for it can anyone tell me what I need.I also need the gas mix ratio.Thanks for any help.Scott

Mix ratio is usually on the gas filler cap for the older chainsaws. Probably something like 16/1. Just got rid of my Pioneer 620...hope this helps.

You should be able to find your saw on this chainsaw site, and all the information you need. J-8 plug should work in that saw. Not sure on the mixture, but it should be on the site too. There are also a couple threads on Pioneer/Partner on www.arboristsite.com
