Default Wisconsin Engine Electric Start

I recently bought a JD 14T baler with a Wisconsin engine on it. I couldn't start these engines by hand-spinning when I was 20-something; I sure can't do it now.
Back then, we rigged a car starter with a free-running clutch to start the thing, but I can't remember all the details.
Anyone have any ideas for how to build what I need? This baler is going to be a packaging machine for an ag product my micro-company makes & no, I don't have a strong young man - or even, an old one - to start the thing for me. It will sit in the shed & be hand-fed what it packs. Wopila tanka! / Strong thanks!

What model Wisconsin engine do you have, is it a two cylinder or a V 4engine? Either one of them had starters on some of them.
