Default Hi Pressure Washer

I'm trying to locate an operator's manual/parts list for an Axial Horizontal 2200 PSI HI Pressure washer manufactured by FA-SA U.S.A. Ltd., 2415 Pilot Knob Road, St. Paul, MN. There are no markings to ID the pump which is mounted on a 5 HP Honda GC160 OHC engine. I wrote to the manufacturer in St. Paul, MN about a year ago but my letter came back as undeliverable. I've since spent many hours searching the net trying to locate this manufacturer or a pump like the one used, with no luck to date. Does anyone know if this company moved or went out of business?

Also, would anyone with a similar machine be willing to photocopy the part of the manual pertaining to the pump and mail to me? I'm willing to reimburse costs in that regard.

Thanks,

Bill
