WATCH OUT FOR (ironmandan49) I SENT THIS GUY MONEY FOR 4 EBAY AUCTIONS 7 WEEKS AGO.HE HAS CASHED MY CHECK AND NEVER SENT ME THE PARTS. HE WILL NOT REPLY TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAIL.I MAY TAKE A RIDE TO CANADA TO VISIT THIS OLD FRIEND.

He has 126 feedbacks from unique users with 8 negatives and 2 neutrals.And a average of 94.7 % positive feedback.That is not a good feedback rating and i would never buy anything from him with those kind of numbers.Dale

I presume you have already filed a complaint with Ebay. I would think that that with four items from one individual, they would still count that as four complaints- just don't list them in one single missive to Ebay. Forget contacting the Canadian consulate, they could care less if they have thieves even in customs.

Four complaints in a short span on Ebay usually shuts the seller down, and Ebay has been known to take legal action, because such activity constitutes "wire fraud/mail fraud".

First, I am not condoning this ebayer. If he as screwed up he needs to be punished. But I have a feedback rating of 396 Positive feedback and 6 negatives. Each and every one of the negatives was from a problem that I had in purchasing items at ebay auctions. None are from what I have sold. Don't be so quick to pass judgement because of negative feedback.
