Telluride - Imogene Pass Imogene pass was our most difficult 4X4 trail to date. If you try this, be aware of the need for high ground clearance. The old mining engines are long gone, but the scenery remains.

Description: Looking back down the trail, you can get a feel for how narrow the road is and how steep the cliffs are. We are now at 10,400 feet elevation. When you are driving on that, no way do you feel like stopping for photos and your passenger's side window is looking down on the way up!
