Default Olin flywheel question

I am restoring a 15 hp Titusville Olin engine. The flywheels do not match and would like to hear somone else's opinion. The flywheels are nearly identical except at the hubs. The hub on the clutch side is a one piece "press on" type. The flywheel on the cam-gear side is a split "bolt on" hub. This flywheel also has a counterweight built in.

I have heard a few explanations...........press on flywheels were on the earlier engines, bolt on hubs on later engines.

The "press on" hubs get beat up pretty badly getting them on and off so are the "bolt on" flywheels just an upgraded replacement part?

I have seen another engine with a flywheel set up exactly like mine..........don't know if that is original or not.

Can any other Olin owners shed any light? Thanks..... JEFF
