Default Homelite 7-29 and 8-29 saws wanted

Hi,

I am looking to buy any of the big old Homelite belt drive chainsaws - models 7-29 and 8-29 machines.

The saws can be in any condition, but I would prefer if the units were complete. They do not have to run.

I am based in Australia, and will arrange the collection and freight of the saws from any location. I am prepared to pay good money for the right machines.

Please message me with any details of the above.

All help is greatly appreciated,

Chris.

superstevek1 if you could make some of the engine shows up here in upstate ny you could find some of these old homelites most people up here think of them as junk because you cant get the drive belts for them any more unless you want to pay more for the belt than the saw is worth. i have seen these saws at the junk yards here in the last year or so. i collect saws my self and have a disston da-211 and a kb6-ax military saw . i dont pick these old homelites up because i didnt think anybody wanted them. now i will pick them up and post on here when i find them.

I have a 990g, a 770g. A model 17, and a wiz. The wiz and 17 have no bar and chain and are mostly complete, the 990 and 770 are complete. Let me know if you are interested in any or all....thank you
