Photo Wisconsin V4 help identify Model

Hi all,

Picked this up an a farm auction a while back, I would like some help Identifiying the model and where to find the serial No.

It was running a Lincoln welder but was shelved because they reckoned it burnt a valve

Looks like a VE or VF4D. If it was run without the cooling shrouds, it could have burnt a valve.
