Default PE-75-U restoration questions

I'm in the process of doing a complete tear down and rebuild of a PE-75-U with a Briggs ZZ. I am having a difficult time locating a few parts, if anyone knows where I could find these, I would appreciate any advice!

99458 IDLING DEVICE

69739 BEARING, BALL

89061 BEARING

291692 KIT, CARBURETOR REBUILD

Full Gasket set for a ZZ

Also, I was planning on using KBS Gold Standard to seal the fuel tank. Has anyone had any issues with that brand before?
