Default Mep 806a -1612

Hey Guys

I have an issue with my 1612. Both seem to be having the exact same issue. Briefly describing, I am getting 24 volts at the shunt in the panel. After that I am getting volts nowhere else in the panel. Generators wont start turn over or anything. The TO states to check R14, and it should be reading 70, but ohms is only showing 40. I am at a loss as to what the issue could be. It almost seems like there is something so simple we are overcomplicating and not thinking through. ANY HELP!

I will post update or answer any questions you may have.

I am not familiar with these units, but when you say you are getting voltage to your shunt, is there voltage at both sides or terminals? If not try touching a jumper across the shunt and see if you get power. If a shunt gets too hot it will act like a fuse.
Like I said I am only shooting from the hip.
