Default Good day to you, from out West Grants Pass, Oregon

New to the site. I have always been interested in anything that has character! Love searching old homesteads and abandoned mining sites.
I have recently come across several engines (Cushman Cub R30 and a Wade one man drag saw.
Because of these two engines, I found this site while looking for any information I may find from those more knowledgeable than I.
Today, I started taking the Cushman apart to clean things up in preparation of getting this ol’ girl running. If anyone has any information they could share, it sure would help.

If the Cushman has a zinc carb, BE CAREFUL with it! Because of age and poor quality metal, they are fragile and tend to break easily!

Wow! I have antique collecting neighbors. Hats off to everyone and looking forward to a get together and talk about all things interesting that's older than I and has been around many years waiting for the opportunity to run again
Is there a meet and greet in the area other than pottsville? If so, pm me and I will get back to you.
Here are the pic's of my Cushman R30. It was surprisingly in good condition and I was able to remove the Flywheel and counterweight without issue. The head was removed with carburetor intact.
I do not know what issues I may find or even if I need to take the carburetor apart?
