I've seen a Briggs wm, wmb carb used on an easy with success with a little tinkering. It has a flange , not like a y that is mounted on a tube. It is a suction feed carb. An easy is a hit and miss engine, so the carb will be a mixer. After you mount the carb , find the choke, throttle position where it will run, and lock them in. The governor mechanism in the motor will control the speed. Good luck!
