Photo Need help identifying steel real wheels

I'm new t the site but trying to find out more about these steel wheels, someone told me they thought they were Ferguson or 2-8 N ,can anyone help with availableity and cost ,,Thanks Jim

If you look at them close they are homemade. Looks like set of f20 steel that were cut off at some time and then welded to 9n rims and centers.
