Default Ruckstell Axle in Garden Tractor

This is what the Ruckstell Axle is in, I think it is a garden tractor. My dad may have built it, I don't know. He has been gone for 48 years.

This thing has been sitting there for over 60 years that I know of.

Who ever built it didn't have much for power tools. No cutting torch, welder, chop saw, or grinder.

Everything is off of old equipment, handle bars, brake and shift levers, bolts and nuts (square and hex), channel and flat iron, and car parts.

He built it with a hack saw, coal forge, and probably hand crank drill press.

I have had some interest in buying parts off it, so I will sell any or all of it for anything over scrap price.
