Thumbs down Igniter trip return spring FM H

I am working on a Fairbanks Morse 6 hp H. The igniter trip return spring is missing. It was a flat spring about 1/2 inch wide. I have found some flat spring material that I hope to bend to fit. My questions are does any one have a picture of this so I know how to bend the spring and what is the thickness of the spring material?
Thanks

I scanned this out of my H repair catalog. I hope you can kind of get an idea of how it's bent. Jason

Just a tip. After bending your spring material, pre heat your oven to 500 degrees and put the spring in the oven for one hour to releave the stress on the bent material.

After one hour, turn the oven off and let it cool to room temp. Now you can remove the spring and use it.

You can find this info in detail on the site that Kid posted.

Good Luck,

Jim
