Photo Wisconsin AC4

Hi New to forum, but have been getting a lot of info for a longtime. I,ve worked on a few old Wisconsin's (agnd,h4) but I had to show my new project. 1937 AC4. I wanted to put this up, just in case I need help.

Hello & Welcome!
Nice find. I have been looking for one of those for a while. Can't afford one, but still looking....
Do you have the tin duct work for yours? It will need it when you get it to the point of running.

It didn't cost much. I'll have more in rings. Tore into it over the weekend. Froze rings on 1 and 2. Carboned valves also. Have rings ordered. Rebuilding mag. I really don't know what you mean by tin duct???

there should be tin shrouds on the sides to direct air around the cyls./Le Roi made one that shares a lot of parts but the blocks are different.

No tin around sides, just on flywheel end. I may have to make some or find pieces. Need to see if it will run first. Thanks for info, I can see why it needs side tin

I am interested in your progress and waiting to see and hear a video when you have it running. I don't have schematics for the duct work but Zira probably does.

Here are a couple of pictures showing the lower side duct for the cylinders. There should also be an upper duct for the heads..

Thanks Zira, I've scanned an Instruction Book and Parts list, waiting for a service manual from last owner so I'll have torques. Possibly it will have an original photo of side skirts. Working on Mag today, cuss word, cuss word

If the manual for the am4 is the same as for the ac4 I'd also be interested. Also, any info on a spark plug wrench that fits would help, the space between the pushrod tubes is not very forgiving. Thanks.

Ok guys, I'm looking for a fuel pump for my AC4 now. The info I come up with is part #LP-20-A, with code being AC-1521686. Any help finding one of these or a replacement which would work. rings are in, heads are on. I will gravity feed fuel without the pump. I'm getting there.

Doug
I'm sorry I didn't get back about that service manual on the AC4, but like I said, I'm new. I have a down load of the manual, which really isn't very good, but I don't know how to get it to you.
