Default Flat Belt Disk Plow Sharpener

I belted my recently acquired flat belt disk plow sharpener up to one of my steam engines today to see what it would do. It is quite dirty but a full oil can and a new belt was all it needed. I would like to who made it and when and does anyone have catalog page? A lot to ask but....

Did you put a disc blade on it to see if it would roll it sharp?

I did put a disk on it. It worked - sort of. The fixture for holding the disk was "rigged" and was probably not original. It made a lot of groaning and the disk was jumping around. Some catalog information might work to correct things.
