Default Lincoln arc welder model DC 225/3

I have this old welder. It has an Onan engine CK s/797G serial #96C919085. It's been sitting for a couple of years. Tried to start it and it won't keep running. I guess it's the carburetor! I don't have a diagram of the engine or service manual. Can't figure out how to get at it. If anyone has the diagram or service manual I would appreciate it if you could email it to me. I used to have this on my welding truck (now retired) and it never failed me. Any help would be appreciated.

It probably has a mechanical fuel pump as well... mine did. If the fuel pump is bad, it won't draw fuel well... and under the wrong circumstances, may leak fuel into the crankcase. If rebuild parts for the fuel pump aren't available, seek out a very-low-pressure electric pump, or set it up with an elevated fuel tank for gravity feed, but if you chose the latter, put a shutoff valve in the line, so a worn needle and seat won't fill the engine with fuel.

Searched all day for parts.....Impossible to find them. He just went and ordered a new Miller Bobcat 225. Guess it's an early Christmas gift to himself....

Thanks for the reply,
Have a great day,
Alice
