Default P&H TR180 Stick Welder

I have an old (50s - 60s)P&H 180 amp stick welder that works like a champ. I have two questions: 1 - I would like to replace the power cord with a 25 foot one. What gauge wire should I use? 2nd - The machine says it draws 37 amps. What size breaker should I connect it to (30 or 40 amp)? Thank you in advance.
