Anyone know if there is replacement wood available for the McCormick one row corn binder?

Yes there is, and I've bought some from them...

I'm sure you can get any parts you need for your McCormick Corn Binder from General Repair Shop located at 63 Old Leacock Rd. Ronks, Pa. 717-768-3902 or Voice Mail 717-656-1967

They even have brand new knotters. They completely rebuilt my binder with new sprockets, chains, cutter section like you're looking for and numerous other parts that were worn out. The amish still use these binders to harvest their corn in Lancaster, County.

Good luck and post on here how you make out.
