Default U Shaped Maybe Bicycle Clamp

Hi,
I found this U shaped metal with 2 holes on each side and 1 hole up top. Each side is 3". The U shaped metal is 1/8" thick. Each of the 4 side holes are 1/2" in diameter and the top hole is 1/4" in diameter. Thank you for assistance in this item.
Regards,
Rob
