Default help on Norton eccentric power

Has anyone ever moved on of these? We removed all the nuts (and searched hard for more/hidden ones) and broke all the grout away. The base at the pulley end will lift 2 inches but the base below the crown gear won't budge after 2 hours of chipping, jacking and jostling. I have never seen a power that wasn't flat on the bottom but this one has me wondering if there is more below and down into the concrete or maybe we have to remove the gear to reveal another stud. The neighbor has since come in with a backhoe & dug down 2 feet on three sides so I can take a jackhammer to the concrete if necessary. I am hoping one of you gents have experience with one of these & can give me some advice. Bill Klein

The one I removed many years ago had bolts in the center the ring gear had to be removed to get to them

Is it a "Clark & Norton" power Bill, or just "Norton"?

Thanks hillwomp, I thought that may be a possibility.

Hi Brian, I just saw the Norton name but I bet "Clark" is there under the crust. Please e mail me if you know anything about them or can put me in touch with someone at the Port Allegany club. I have seen the video of the one running at their 2011 show.
