Default Greetings and help finding value of Fairbanks Morse.

Hey guys, I have a Fairbanks Morse style Z 3hp "D" throttle governed engine. Not sure of the year but identical to this one in the photo. Always starts keeping the mag warm and dry. A guy from work has been after me for this little motor for about 10 years. I usually show it belted to a corn grinder. Can someone tell me the value of this motor if I was to sell it? thank you in advance.

That would be either a 1 1/2 or 2 HP engine. Very top $$$ would be $250 - $275. I usually buy 20 or so of them a year for $35 - $150 each , to part out. The $35 would be really rough & the $150 would be a totally complete & a running order engine, or very nearly so.
