Default Oil City Boiler Works ID?

I have taken the plunge into something a little bigger and now need some help. I had this engine delivered today but need some info such as the hp. It has a 9" bore, 15" stroke and 54" flywheels. I will need a head for it but want to make sure of the hp and what else I might need. I have alot of the smaller parts but could use a picture or two and possibly a manual if one is available. I will post a wanted ad on Harrys after I know the size.

Thanks for the picture. What size bore do you have.I see in your search for information that you have a 15 hp.Have you come across any manuals?
