My Australian day crank up 2018. Some took a bit of coaxing after sitting for 12 months.

Hello Darryl.
That's impressive. Thanks for the little story on the video as well. It makes you wonder what people just toss out.
Cheers and thanks

Just got this Semaphore engine co. Air compressor belted up to my 2hp Type A Sundial.
https://youtu.be/7fOfzPMuKFI
I would like to know a bit more info about the Semaphore eng. co. if possible. Also what oil should be used in it as I could not find out anything about cetus oil. ( I might not be looking hard enough)
the tag says:
SEMAPHORE ENG. CO.
EXETER S.A
SERIAL No. 359 SIZE 3x4 RPM 500
for proper lubrication we recommend
CALTEX CETUS OIL
fill to line on dipstick
Cheers, Nathan

imagine that any of the new oils for compressor engines would be perfectly safe.

Quick video from this arvo ( before it pi$$ed down with rain). My 4 hp Famous I got from Tony Pailthorpes last sale, I stripped and cleaned it, got the coil and igniter ex US and made a new trip rod. The plan is to have it on a skid with a screen cooler for Brookton motor show in a month.

That 4hp Famous it running well.

I Put the Sundial and Air compressor to work powering a large scale model steam engine I have. https://youtu.be/aCNhttMcdGE
Good to see engines at work driving something.

Hope this link works.
After listening to the BuzzaCox bark all day at Rallies I decided to shut it up a bit by building the new muffler. Now is very quiet !

Hi guys it’s been a while since I posted a video of one of my engines. This is my 1924 Associated Hired Hand, I gave it a run over the Easter break. Here is the video of it running

Gave my Little Kelly Duplex model 50 grister a trial the other day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdbc3Mkn8ys
Seems to do a fairly good job on corn.

Better do a video of an old sewing machine Nathan. You could fix your strides at the same time
