Default Please help me id this steam tractor model

I bought this and dont know anything about it.

It looks like a freelance model, that has not been completed. There is no clutch, gearing, throttle valve or governor. The round piece sticking up on end of the rod looks like an eccentric. It should go on the crank shaft to operate the valve mechanism.
Any idea who built it? Do you have any pictures of the other side? Maybe someone on here will recognize it.

I had a elderly distant cousin that built several free lance models such as that. He showed them to us many years ago, we were visiting there for the funeral of one of mother's deceased cousins . This was some where around Cullom, IL. His last name was Koerner. I suppose his grand kids may still have those models. The things did actually run when air pressure was applied.
