this April 18 is the 244th anniversary of what is arguably our nations [USA] first digital message, please state the decode of 10 possibly 01 or 11

right...
actually 11 if by sea [two lanterns]

since there was no marker 01 or 10 in a world of 0000 would be hard to differentiate,
but you have the decode of the message heralding
the beginning of the revolution.

Well 10 in decimal is 10, in binary 1010, octal 12 and "A" in hex.

... of course if the 10 is binary in the first instance then it's "2" in all the other notations.

I can just see it now... Monty Python troupe doing The American Revolution... with two British soldiers standing off in the distance, looking at the Old North Church, discussing wether the signal is Hexadecimal, or plain binary...

Are you suggesting, sir, that coconuts are migratory?
