Default Solo engine, built in Sweden

I recently bought a one cylinder 4 stroke Solo Engine built in Sweden. It is from what I can tell complete though the carb is not correct. It is in running condition. Can anyone shed some light on it for me? I googled it and came up with only a few of the engines built by them and only one that was close but not the same. I hope the pictures post.

As with the video you found, I have only found reference for 2 stroke engines and the one I have is a 4 stroke engine. There appear to be similar parts. One thing very helpful is it showed the carb as I would like to get one that would be more orginal than what is on it now.
