A good site is http://billswelderrepair.com/WELDER_AGE.html it looks like you have either a 1942 or 1943.

That can't be the entire serial number. The codes in the 40s were under 2000 and they didn't have f163 engines.

Your engine may have been switched at some time. The numbers off the generator welder housing are what you want to look for. Call Kaye at Bills Welder Repair they will email you some wiring diagrams for yours or if you want to upgrade or has been upgraded some already can help you figure it out more. Many diagrams already been posted on AWS site too in the 200 forum section.

Here is the listing for the older Lincoln welder manuals you can download in PDF format.

I got on the Lincoln website and there is a place to contact them. I asked them thru that contact us thing and they sent me a wiring diagram that afternoon. It came in an Adobe file format.

You're fortunate to get the diagram; they didn't have a diagram for my SAE150J, a 1941 vintage Lincolnweld.

Did you try Stumpf's or Bill's ? Not much available for the older smaller ones now and no parts but most anything can be had yet for SA200 or fixed or upgraded with other parts from later ones because they are such a desirable welder yet. If he is wanting to do some upgrades on his SA200 there are some diagrams for that on Bill's site. Fowler Mainliner aka Hybriweld also does upgrades on SA200 and other Lincolns.
