Default Titusville Engine

Any body know what Hp this engine is, I can't read it on the tag. Reads TICO 2 on the head.
Also looking for a connecting rod that goes from the crankshaft to that pin

I have seen the TICO 2 cylinder head on an engine with 20 HP marked plainly on the tag. There may be other sizes of the TICO 2 though. Bill Klein

35hp. Someone stamped it upside down. Can't help with parts. Man close here had one and passed away. Family won't let anyone close. They think it's there gold mine or retirement fund.
