Default circuit breaker switch for 450m21

One of my CB switches is loose and floppy and someone re-wired the unit to by-pass it. I get 220 out of one leg and 0 out of the other. I would like to replace the switch and re-wire it back to the original configuration. Does anyone know where I can get one or two of those little round CB switches? After I get the switch replaced or exchanged if necessary I will need a wiring wizard to step me through the process of the wiring retro. Thanks. The switch is: Heinemann Re-Cirk-it Cat. No. JA1-A3-A 250V 50/60 Hz TD#2 Hold 20A Trip 25 A
