If you want to MIG it Esab Nicore55 is a good wire made specifically for this type of thing. Two issues tho wire is pricy and the shield gas has to be 98% argon 2% oxygen.
also dont try on 120v welder (inverter type). needs a big mig with the transformer and choke. 200A+. short welds pulses. and it works great for welding cast and joining dissimilar metals.
Just my choice for this type of work.
