Default Linde l-tech UCC305

I picked up a Linde L-tech UCC305 welding machine. Hooked it up and tried heli arcing aluminum, it burnt the torch. I'm not familiar with this machine and could reallly use a manual and any advice available. I was using pure argon and pure tungsten electrode, don't lnow weather to use straight or reverse polarity.
Thanks in advance for any help.

You can't TIG Ally with DC current. You need an AC Tig machine. Some TIGS have both but I don't know about your machine.
