Hey Denis.....I can

I'd be right sure that it was built by Manitoba Engines Ltd out of Brandon. Check out Leo's old thread about the 7 1/2 (?) and 10 hp he picked up out of Wetaskiwin. The one at WDM has the similar hopper to the one in the Victor ad. It's the flywheels that gave it away for me with those familiar governor weights.
