Default Ottawa drag saw components I picked up recently

Here is what followed me home this weekend. Some Ottawa drag saw components. It looks like someone robbed the engine and wheels off of it and this was what was left. Been doing some research and all the ones I have seen are made to be mounted on the right side of the engine when standing behind the unit. Mine appears to be made to be mounted on the left. Any insight to this? Thanks for any input.

Thanks 26K, I couldn't figure out if it was possible to do with a TE, I had to walk out to the garage to see.
