Default Ottawa TE Valve

Just a question on the two piece exhaust valve on this engine.
How is the head secured to the shaft mine the valve head is slightly out of line and seems to be attached with hard solder can this be aligned and heated to make it seat?

They are threaded in the valve head, I think mine are 1 piece but it's been awhile since I had it apart. Unless you cannot get it to seat I would just use it the way it is.

Mine fell off the valve stem , I reamed the hole true, then turned the stem to a step, then put on valve head and put in collet and vise , then heated the stem end and peened over while red hot ,, dont over do it . works great and looks like that was how the factory did them.
