The tjd is a great engine, the thd, etc are too I am sure. I went with the standard 1 7/16 inch dia crank, which I think was 4 or 5 inches long. The pto side of engine (flange) was drilled and tapped for the flywheel housing used on an economy tractor. After resizing the economy flywheel to fit the crank and chopping off about an inch of length it was pretty much a bolt together exercise.

I paid 100 for the tjd. As with anything if you are not in a hurry one will come up at the right price. wisconsin made an excellent engine that has more power than you could ever want on a garden tractor.

All of these engines are thirsty for gas, make sure you size the fuel tank according to your plans for use.
