Photo Pulley clutch

I need help identifing the parts in the attched picture. Most of the parts seem to be there. It is a clutch pulley, not sure what it fits. It will not fit on my JD 1.5 Type E as the pulley bolts on to it and these parts fit on a shaft.
Any information on how it was used, parts and description books would be helpful.

It's a clutch off a John Deere paddle elevator. Have had a couple of these and that is the clutch off one.
