Default Myrick Eclipse Manual

I'm looking for a manual or any info on a 4 Hp Myrick Eclipse air cooled engine. Any reprints of manuals or literature is fine. I'm trying to learn more about my engine.......

Dale- There is no manual per se, but Coolspring Power Museum has a booklet available with the company history and differences between the models they produced. The model H was produced in several modifications from about 1911-1912 under the Myrick moniker until about 1920. When Myrick merged with Luther company (almost across the street from Myrick) they were made and badged as Luther to the early 40's...one of the longer runs for an engine design. The serial numbers of the Myricks range from about the 400's to about 2000. The Luthers range from 2000 to about 2400, so actually the Luther is the scarcer engine. Here is a link to the booklet available from CPM;

Do you have any pictures/info to share on your engine?
